The Personalised Nutrition Plan (PNP) combines a full review of your current diet with Kinesiology muscle testing to detect your food sensitivities and clear your nutritional insufficiencies, any hormone imbalances, pathogens and toxins. It is these pathogens or toxins which - despite often going undetected by medics or nutritionists or blood tests - that is the most common reason I see for weight gain, hormone imbalances, low mood or low energy.

What to expect
After a couple of sessions, you will be equipped with a Personalised Nutrition Plan that includes dietary and lifestyle changes, acupressure techniques and supplementation as required per testing results. 
The result of the PNP is a healthier gut, and therefore more energy, balanced hormones and improved mental health.

Hair sample testing is a Kinesiology treatment suitable for children, those who have mobility issues or live further afield. 

Once you have made your booking, you will be contacted about the process. Please note, the exact time of the treatment call is likely to change, depending on when we receive the hair sample and details which we need to get testing and draw up your treatment plan.
